Rulings Related to Women’s Purification – Compiled by Faisal Ibn Abdul Qaadir

Purification is very important in Islam because it is a prerequisite for the acceptance of various acts of worship. Without it, these acts of worship are invalid. Studying the rulings pertaining to purification is obligatory upon both and women as they are part of Obligatory Knowledge.

From the Book: Men and Women are the same when it comes to the Aqeedah (intangible purification), but there are some differences between them when it comes to the topic of tangle purification. Namely, women have the additional topics of menstruations, irregular bleeding, postal natal bleeding etc. that men do not have. Hence women need to know these issues alongside the other shared issue.

For those reasons, some of the scholars have authored books about the rulings specific to women.
